Vivien Leung
Vivien’s curiosity and penchant for new experiences have led her to a meandering career path. It’s always a challenge to label and explain what she does. Yet, this unconventional journey has prepared her to be adaptable to change and be comfortable with the unknown.
She has been experimenting and collaborating at the intersection of design, emerging technology, and social science for over 10 years. Before that, she spent nearly a decade sharpening my design and transcultural sensibility in Tokyo and suburban Japan. After failing to scale corporate innovation and implement cultural change, she left the ego-driven battlefield to focus on inner work. In the process, she rediscovered inherent skills and cultivated social art practices. Through scribing, systemic constellation coaching and facilitating co-creative workshops, she supports individuals, teams, and organizations to gain clarity, be more attentive and conscious of their intentions and actions as they navigate complexities and uncertainties.
