Welcome to Stage 4 - SEEDING THE FUTURE

As we move into Stage 4, we are invited to remain present to what is alive in us as we move through the summit’s journey and the summit’s journey move through us. What new ways of seeing and being with conflict are emerging within us? What are we wanting to let go of? What needs to be composted and transformed in us in order to meet conflicts in more healthy and regenerative ways? What new questions are driving us forward? Where do we feel energy and vitality when it comes to exploring our own relationship with the conflicts we are meeting in our lives? Where do we feel the need to work further in ourselves and between each other to nurture the soil so that life can continue to grow and flourish in and around us?

These are fundamental questions, as we enter into a stage which showcases a palette of bodies of practices. Our intention for Stage 4 - Seeding the Future has been to come into contact with very diverse and rich practices which are available to us and could support our individual and collective efforts to bring to life healthier and more regenerative cultures. Please take the interviews as attempts to put into words, things that can only be fully met and understood through practice, through a real sense of embodied experience. We do recognise that trying to put into words, that which is alive and moving, is always somehow frustrating, and yet this is how we can meet each other and different possibilities, at this moment of global pandemia.

We hope the interviews support you in identifying possible ways forward, as we gently move towards the end of this journey. The summit’s content will remain available so you can continue to explore it in depth and perhaps host others to make this journey with you.

Wish you a great continuation of this Journey!

Ben, Eva and Nuno
