Manish Srivastava

Manish Srivastava is a life coach, facilitator, and an artist. He works with leaders across business, government, UN agencies, and NGO sectors to solve complex sustainability challenges. 

Manish is a Senior Practitioner at Presencing Institute and Core Faculty of Social Presencing Theatre (SPT), a movement-based contemplative art practice. He has designed & facilitated award-winning contemplative art based change labs in India, Africa, South-East Asia, Europe, US, etc. Some of his clients include UNDP, UNICEF, ILO, World Bank, International Governments, Ashoka, Synergos, BMW Foundation, etc 

As an Executive Coach, Manish works with leaders and top-teams in their critical business or life transitions. 

Prior to consulting, Manish worked with MNCs like Unilever and Marriott hotels in various leadership and change management roles. He has been instrumental in setting up India’s pioneering multi-sectoral partnership led by Unilever-UNICEF-Synergos to eradicate child malnutrition. He earned the Director’s Enterprise award for leading cultural transformation that impacted business and the lives of 3500 leaders across Unilever South Asia.

Manish has been an action-research fellow at MIT, USA, and external facilitator of leadership transformation with Mckinsey & Co. He has been invited for guest lectures on leadership and systems change at leading b-schools in India and OD conferences/forums in the USA. 

Manish’s education ranges from Military school to Hospitality Management diploma, MBA in HRD from SIBM, Pune, and, Research-scholarship in Anthropology and Psychology from Harvard University. Manish is also trained in Bridging Leadership, deep democracy, facilitating nature retreats, and deep dialogic processes. He is an international certified coach (ACC), certified ODCP consultant (ISABS), MBTI practitioner and a student of CG Jung Institute, Boston 

Manish lives in Pune, India with his wife and son. He drives his inspiration from writing poems, art, comparative mythologies, nature, and playing with his son. He is a practitioner of Vipassana meditation, Shambhala mindfulness & various other contemplative art-based practices. 

He has shared his insights on inner dimensions of leadership journey to transform systemic oppression in his recent book “Trading Armour for a Flower”.
