Gabriel Meyer
Gabriel Meyer is an Argentinian-born and raised musician, radical creative, storyteller, writer & keynote - speaker based in the fertile crescent holy land.
Gabriel was born in Cordoba, Argentina. Through his "sacred activism" work co-founded and co-directed the Sulha Peace Project until 2009. Gabriel co-initiated the Middle East Peace Gatherings between Iranians, Israelis, and international in the mountains of Turkey (2009 - 2012). Gabriel travels the globe performing his music with "PrayerFormance", leading his "Sacred Playshop" interfaith & multicultural rituals. He has created four albums: Merkavah, Spirit Is Real, Hateva: Skin of God & The Human Project. Gabriel wrote two books of poetry (1990 - '95 - Spanish), founded Metatron Ritual Theater Collective (’94 - ’01) & created the Hebrew Holiday Gatherings (’97 - ’01) for the renewal & re - sacralisation of Hebrew wisdom. For the past four years, he has been a core member of the " Defend The Sacred " Alliance and is currently writing his first novel, an autobiographical fiction of sorts, and in the process of becoming nomadic again."Surprise Reality until it Changes"Gabriel as a "flexitarian minstrel" opens hearts & builds cross-cultural bridges even beyond enemy lines through music, humour & story, celebrating Human Spirit.
