Katharina Serafimova
As a social entrepreneur, Katharina Serafimova believes that food is a powerful opportunity to re-connect nature and community.
She has many years of experience in international project development and management, has worked with consulting, sustainable finance and NGOs in the area of sustainable resources, agriculture and finance.
Since 2014 she is a lecturer at University of Zurich. Since 2017, she supports and co-creates the initiative Terra Sintropica and the local food networks in Mértola / Portugal.
